We provide weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients located in Dunfermline and surrounding areas. To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any treatment is considered. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
Certain weight loss medications may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have specific medical conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history and current medications during your consultation.
All prescription medications dispensed by us require review and approval by one of our registered prescribers. No prescription will be issued without a completed and clinically assessed consultation. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription in accordance with UK law.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our pharmacist or prescriber. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any prescription if it is considered clinically inappropriate or if inaccurate information has been provided.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. We do not store full card details on our systems.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including postal delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or postal services.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and in appropriate temperature-controlled packaging where required. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications under UK pharmaceutical regulations.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion following investigation.
